Recruitment Technology Update
BAE Systems is implementing a new recruitment management system which replaces the systems previously used across the business. The new system will allow you enhanced functionality to:
Update your personal details
Create or update your search profile
Create job alerts
Apply directly for jobs
Applicants who had applied for vacancies within the past 24 months and who had valid email addresses have been contacted and invited to update their profile on the enhanced system. Previous applicants and new visitors to the site are also encouraged to register.
The transfer of data from the old systems will be finalised in early January. In the meantime, if you log on and cannot see your recent applications, please don't be alarmed. As of early January, the data will have been updated.
